Heaven, I'm in heaven!

I can't stop smiling. I've been soooo happy. This CHA thingy has been all that I expected and more. I LOVED my Tim Holtz class, I love all my other classes, and I loved all the goodies that we got at the SEI VIP party... LUV IT ALL! I really just feel like a little girl in Disneyland, I guess, but I have to comment on this lady that is coming with us. She's another one of the instructors at the LSS store and we were going together to several classes (although since I paid for most of my classes, except for one), not all of them are together.) Anyways, this lady, who shall remain un-named, went with me to the Tim Holtz class. So there we are, having so much fun. At the end, Tim says 'you ladies can take everything in your bags (which was PLENTY GENEROUS, mind you!), but please leave the black paint and the stamp cleaning solution'. I hapen to turn around, and I see her packing them. So i say 'he just asked us to leave those in the table', and she turns to

I cannot believe that we went to the dentist and Coco wasn't terrified. I still am, and I remember how scared I was the first time I went. It wasn't fun. But Coco, just like her Big Brother before her, was not afraid, although her best friend went last week and came back crying. She was cool as lettuce. She got her teeth cleaned and polished, and she did just fine. Of course, when it comes to me, it's not so nice and easy. I was a real disaster, so when she finished and came to the room where I was, I asked the dental assistant to take her to the room with the toys, since I didn't want her to see me distraught. I hate what a baby I am, but boy, just talking about the dentist makes me uneasy. And so, the news is that I have very serious periodontal disease (which I already new), and I will be losing 3 more molars since the bone has been lost so much in that point of my jaw, that the molars are really not anchored anymore (which I didn't know). That's such a major

July 15... Where did half of my summer go???

I cannot believe that it's already July 15 (ok, technically, July 16). I haven't sat down at my desk except for the time when I have to work; everyday is a hurricane of activity that leaves me exhausted and brain dead. Can't believe classes will be starting so soon. Can't believe my Nicole is going to Kinder this year. But since I don't want to get depressed, I'll think about it some other time. Right now, I just want to write down a few of the many, many impressions of life, before I forget them all. Nicole is, without a doubt, the most beautiful ballerina I have ever seen. I can't believe how proud, excited and slightly sad I felt when I saw my little girl there like a little lady, learning to use her tipi-toes and all the positions. She's also taking jazz, it was just so funny to see her trying to follow with the other girls. I was a little concerned, because I saw that she didn't seem to be learning as fast as the other girls, but then, the teac

Ballet, finally

Today, Nicole is going to her first ballet class, and we're both so excited! Growing up, I had ballet & gym classes three days a week one hour for ballet and one for gym, since I was 6 until I turned 12... so I really am dying to see if she loves it like I used to. I am going to buy her pink leotard, thights and shoes, and I will pull her hair up like a princess... Can't wait to take a zillion pictures. I am just sad that Cesar is not here to see it, but I'm sure that he is having the time of his life. He went with his father to Orlando, and I can't wait to see his pictures, either! As for Connor... well, he's having fun just looking around and discovering the world. He's such a content little boy! Yes, we are a blessed bunch, no doubt about that!

About my B-Day and other exciting things!

This past 26th was my B-day, and I was soooo shocked with my present... My hubby doesn't cease to amaze me, really. Back in May, I think, I was watching QVC for a few minutes, and Brian came into the room when they showed the Cricut machine. I immediately made a comment like, 'wow, that's soooo cool!', and kept on changing channels. Well, I should've known better! He went to so many pains to try to figure out what was I talking about, find it, and get it for me, all wrapped up, with a nice, beautiful card that made my eyes water... I was so shocked to see that he actually pays attention to my smallest and pettiest concern or wish! Wow, how lucky can I be! At first I really thought about returning the machine, since I felt it was a little expensive, but seeing how crushed he felt when I mentioned it, I just figured it's not expensive enough to ruin his beautiful surprise! Every year he does something like this for my b-day, for mother's day, for Valentine'
