Spring finally here (somedays!)

First, thanks for your prayers and good wishes. My Abuelita is not doing a lot better, unfortunately. My mom and her family have been taking care of her at home, and abuelita seems to be more comfortable now, although still very ill. She's not able to speak, open her eyes or move very much. Again, thank you for prayers and good wishes. Please keep them coming. But life has to go on for me and my family. Spring has been showing up some days now, so I took a couple of pictures of the kids, since now we can pick up Coco again. When you see this picture, you'd think my sister and Brian don't get along very well, but they do. Actually, Brian is a little too goofy for Hilda (I think), but she loves him dearly just the same. And Brian makes fun of her with lots of tender care ;) Now here, we were laughing so hard at Coco. She put on her pants inside out, so the yellow things you see there, are her pockets. She's a goofball, her dad's daughter! Finally, my friend Tracie and

Please, pray with my family

My Abuelita Teresa, my mom's mom, is very ill. She has been very sick for quite a while now, but tonight I called my mom and she let me know they are pretty much waiting now. I was very, very blessed to have known so many of my grandparents (all of them) and even three of my great-grandparents. I didn't start losing them until now that I am an adult, after i hit my twenties. Abuelita Tere is my last grandparent alive. We know she is suffering with this illness, and her body is a pure source of pain now. All we can ask the good Lord is that He calls her soon. Her faith is so strong, that she is praying and asking to receive the Lord in her heart. Sorry to bug you with this again. And thank you for your prayers. I know my family will feel the comfort they will bring. Diligentibus Deum, Omia Cooperantur in Bonum. Romans, 8:28

Last Friday, Coco went to have tea with the girls in the family to a BEAUTIFUL SHOP called The Little Traveler in Geneva. It's like an old traditional place to visit, and it's the place to be for any girly girl. I was suposed to go, too, but I had a last minute job to do, so I had to miss the tea party. I arrived for the SHOPPING part. WOW! That's probably the GIRLIEST place I've EVER seen in my life! But we absolutely enjoyed it! Coco bought a tea set for her very first sleep over with one of her girlfriends, Elizabeth. I'm not quite sure who was more excited, her or myself, but we really enjoyed chosing the set she would buy. Coco and Meghan Noni, Coco, Ashley and Auntie-Grandma Kathy While we were there, I found a beautiful cabinet that had all sorts of Lladro figurines. I had to take a picture. Lladro figurines always remind me of Grandma. She used to have this hand carved mahogany cabinet where she kept all her Lladro collection. Her favorites were the balleri
