The COOTIES!
This weekend I had the intention of participating in all these "virtual" crops, since I wanted to get lots of scrappin' going. I love to do challenges and sketches, so I really was looking forward to that. BUT Nicole woke us up on Saturday morning, around 4, with a bad fever and pain in her throat. At first we thought it was just a cold, but the pain in the throat was getting worse, and then she started having fever and pain in her tummy. She spent most of her time in bed, and I with her, cuddling, or scrappin. On Sunday, Brian decided to go and get the Wii, since it was available at Best Buy for a very good price, and they had a great time trying to learn how to use it.
But yesterday Cesar and I started with throat pain too, and since Coco's pain didn't go away, we had to go to the doctor's office. And yes, they have the cooties. So do I. So, here we are at home, trying to make the best of it. Only Brian didn't get it, at least not yet. Let's see if he can get away without it, especially now that he is at his new job... He is LOVING it. It seems to be a very nice company, and he's liking the challenges he's now facing. It's all good!
Oh, I've been forgetting! This month, Scrappin' with Grace is having another contest! This time it's an individual contest, so no more team stuff :( But it's going to be lots of fun just the same! It's sponsored by 3 Bugs in a Rug, and they will be publishing the winning LO, card and altered item on their website! There's still time to enter if your interested! The first challenge is not due until the 13th of May. There will be prizes, too! I did win a prize at their crop this weekend, a very neat paper pack from Scribble Scrabble, the summer Doodle Collection.
Here are the only three LOs I could finish over the weekend... And some pics of my boys! (Did I ever mention I am in love with them all??? They were watching a "guy" movie, it was just too funny to see Connor bonding with the older ones!!)

Great LOs as usual, congrats on the winnings from you weekend crop! We need to crop together again soon!! Thanks for the heads up on the contest but if it's all the same to you, I will not enter any contest you do...your creativity far exceeds my own and I will NEVER win!!! LOL.
