December Challenge!

BEFORE I hit my pillow, which I am really missing today, I have to let you know about the newest challenge by our monthly kit company, Creative Hearts Studio. Click on the link to go visit our Blog and see the challenge going on have for December. The deadline is the 20th, so go and check it SOON!
I can't show my January kit yet, but if you go there, you'll find a little peak-a-roo into it... it's SOOOO DARN-STINKIN' CUTE!!!! I love it!!!! I truly feel blessed, being part of such a nice group of ladies! They truly strive to give us the best kits available, for the bestest price... And their hearts are truly, truly BIG and {cretive}
I am a lucky woman, God reminds me EVERY DAY of all my blessings!

A few weeks ago, after work, I heard Brian scolding Cesar. (If you don't know it, Brian and I work from home, so my office is just a few steps from the kitchen, so i can hear pretty well) He was starting to sound VERY unhappy, especially because Cesar wouldn't own up to his mistake. About birds and TEA

Before I start my update... I just had to take a picture of Connor. He is such a BOY!!! I think boys are programmed to be goofy... If you have a boy, I'm sure you have found these kids of scenes, pretty much daily! Anyways, this Good Friday I participated in The Way of the Cross celebrated at 3 pm in front of the Planned Parenthood clinic we have in Aurora. I was so glad to see such a large group, it kept growing as the minutes went by. It was pretty cold, and as usual, I was not wearing a sweater or jacket, but it was well worth it. We prayed for the babies being killed, for their mothers and for the doctors and nurses that assist them. May God help them all. As I did this, Noni came to take the kids to decorate eggs. We did decorate some at home on Saturday, too, but Noni's were a lot more dramatic, especially the one with all those feathers! Coco and Connor found some presents from the Bunny on Sunday morning. Plank Jr. High

Last Thursday, Cesar had his Jr. High open house. It's a brand new school, so everybody was sooo excited to go to this new place. The original plan was for Brian to be here and take him, or for all of us to go, but Brian, of course, was sent to the Indiana office at the last minute, so he couldn't get here on time. And that left ONLY the option of mom taking him and his friend Aaron to the open house... With the two li'l ones in tow, mind ya! I was sooo aggravated, because I felt that Cesar was soooo embarrassed to walk around with Coco and Connor, and me. I had to bring myself back to his age, to try to understand that I, too, wanted my parents to leave me alone, but not VERY alone :) I just wanted to feel like a grown up, and my parents all the time around me made me feel so much like a kid.
